Windows users: a lot of the time Windows Media Player tries to open our videos. We really wish it didn't, because it can't play them. This can be solved by installing QuickTime, which you can get here.
Windows users running Internet Explorer 6: if the videos don't work, and you know you have QuickTime installed, try clicking here to install a QuickTime component you may need.
Even if you already have QuickTime, you may need to reinstall, if you installed Media Player more recently than QuickTime...
Sound Problems on Windows: on certain computers, sound on our videos doesn't play correctly. We're trying to figure this out -- there is a solution, but we don't know what it is yet. If you have managed to solve this problem, please let us know so that we can post it here.
